This Atlanta project involved implementing a project scope of work on a site with challenging topography. Due to the topography the site the new construction was built beginning with the very rear of the property then eventually moving downhill to the street. The project involved building large retaining walls at the rear of the property to retain the steep slope and then create areas for the swimming pool, pool house and outdoor kitchen, seating and entertaining areas.

From there landings and stairs were added to an outdoor office and terrace. The pool area is connected to a lower lawn and boxwood garden that is hidden from the parking court by a granite wall and gate. Then finally a new driveway, parking court and front entry walk were built connecting to the front of the house and new garage. connected to the an additional to the house and garage.
