This intown project located on a narrow lot was a complete redo. The existing front porch, steps and landing as well as the driveway had subsided several inches from their original finished elevations. This was later determined due to bad fill soils used during construction and a rotted tree stump found underneath the existing driveway that was not removed prior to initial construction.

The project included construction of a new driveway and drainage, garage eyebrow arbor, front landing & entry steps, new access steps from the sidewalk down to the front landing and entry lighting. New plantings were added in the front and rear gardens.
